If you are running electron on a machine with touchscreen and it does not recognize your machine as touch-capable:

`app.commandLine.appendSwitch('touch-events', 'enabled')`

This adds the `--touch-events` flag to electron which enforces it to handle your machine as a touchevent-capable device.

Ran into this issue running an electron app on a linux machine with a touchscreen attached to it. Kind of strange, because TouchEvents still were outputted with `console.log`s
