If you are running electron on a machine with touchscreen and it does not recognize your machine as touch-capable:
This adds the `--touch-events` flag to electron which enforces it to handle your machine as a touchevent-capable device.
Ran into this issue running an electron app on a linux machine with a touchscreen attached to it. Kind of strange, because TouchEvents still were outputted with `console.log`s
